(Almost) wordless Wednesday 16

This is a traditional Easter tsoureki :-)

And this is one we've got at home at the moment. A twist on the traditional Easter tsoureki, it's mixed with chestnut cream and covered in white chocolate ganache. It looks a bit battered since it's had to travel upright in a shopping bag, but it tastes (and smells!) delicious. Yum yum.

You can see what it should look like here.

Yum Yum, what are you trying to do to us Tinisie!?! I'm stuck at my desk right now with a Starbucks Caramel macchiato and thought things didn't get any better for a Thursday morning :(

The plus is I went to Paris on Tues and used my new portable DVD player :)

Hope you had a fab Easter x

@ Sandi: Coffee & brioche is a super-yummy combination. Especially when the brioche is made with chestnut cream and covered with white chocolate ;-)

@ Betty: Beyond belief indeed. If only you could smell it. Mmmmm!
