Yey!!! We're finally in Greece :-)
The weather's glorious - feels like English summer, only with more sunshine. It's so great to escape the gloomy London spring. I hope it stays nice until Easter Sunday as I need to recharge my batteries with light.
I'll post about Greek Easter as soon as I get a chance. In the meantime, guess how many of our bags flew to Athens with us.
Tip: We flew out of Terminal 5. Ahem.

Oh, I'm sooooo jealous :-P I've forgotten what 'sun' feels like :(
Hope you have a fab break- de-stress and enjoy yourself!

I'm hoping at least one with clothes for both of you otherwise either you are wearing Dave's boxers or he's wearing something frilly:-) Luckily you have clothes here as well.Terminal 5 is quite a poplular one as I've heard many people complain about it.An itan anthropos tha ton epiane loxigas sinexia me tetoia kritiki:-)
Soooo... what IS your nationality? Are you an ex-pat Greek living in London, or vice versa? You have me confused, and guessing!
2 bags.
I would hope all the bags came. Since that doesn't seem like the answer, I hope you got at leasts half of them!
Have fun and take many photos.
@ Suzy: Me? A Fit? No way (but only because it was 3 AM by then and I was too exhausted to argue)!
@ Indie: Haha D. was stuck wearing an old pair of sweatpants and an old T-shirt until we got his bag the next day. Not as much fun as wearing frills, but still.
@ Daniel: Hmmm I'm not sure the term ex-pat applies, but Greek living in London is the right answer :-)
@ Cheryl: You're spot on! 1 bag came with our flight, the other one arrived the next day in the afternoon.
I shouldn't be complaining, this other guy had been waiting for his bag since 28 March!!
Happy Sunshine!
Happy Easter!
My guess is 1/2.
Hi Tinsie! Thanks for having been so kind to comment on Blogtrotter while I was absent! I’m back and trying to catch up with your posts, but that Cylon drove me crazy... ;)))
Glad that you're in the sunny side of Earth. Hope you enjoy it and have a great time in Greece!
Gil
Thank you both!
The sunshine hasn't lasted - it's actually quite cold today, but there should be more sunny weather tomorrow. Fingers crossed and all that.
Enjoy your holiday! I hope the sun will come back, but the most important thing is to see friends and family, right?
The sun came and went, but you're right, the main thing is that we get to spend Easter with family and friends :-)
More sunshine would have been nice though.
