in about three months, we'll be able to do this (right now, it's cold...)

3 months?!! Unless I come to Greece, I *may* be able to do this in about 6 months. For a day or two.

Some people get all the breaks ;-)

Oh, it looks lovely!

I'm not even sure when we're thinking of going...I'm afraid of things being too hot...

So when you feel like it, you can reveal the location!

Very nice photo. I really liked Kos.

I know I keep saying this, but "Is it Wednesday???"

I could totally, one-hundred percent live there. Do they take siestas in Greece, because that would make it perfect.

I will visit there. Someday...

Any catch??

@ Betty: Generally speaking it gets really hot only in July and August, but that's a problem if you stay in the cities. If you're at the seaside, it's quite bearable. June and September are usually OK temperature-wise, May can be a bit colder and October can be colder and wetter (and there are fewer ferries too, so transportation can be a problem).

The island where this WW picture was taken is Naxos. I can do a post about it next week if you're interested?

@ Ropi: Haven't been to Kos myself, but I've been told it's nice.

@ Karen: Yes, they do :-) Not so much in Athens any more, but they do in smaller cities and on the islands. Proper siestas too - the shops close, the offices close, the bars empty, and everyone has a rest. I love it.

@ Susan Mo: It's only 4 hours from London, so next time you're in England... ;-)

@ Shionge: Yeah - there aren't enough jobs for all of us there (and it gets really windy in winter).
