Pizza night

This is the pizza Sandi and I shared on my balcony the other night, after coming back from the open air cinema (we watched The Reader, and it was as good as I remembered). It's a Pizza Hut special called Greek Lover's and it's super yummy. It's made with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, fresh tomato, feta cheese, black olives, oregano, green peppers, onion, pepperoni and mushrooms. We had the thin and crispy base, but to be honest I think the thick base is better for this particular pizza.

I could have taken a more artistic shot, but we were too hungry to mess about with photography.

Thanks for the reminder Tinsie!! All you need is to post a few beach shots and you will truly be rubbing it in :-/ London 'summer' has reached the dizzy heights of 17 degrees at 9am today and promises to be 20 at lunchtime(you know whilst I sit at my desk!?). It's positively a heatwave!!!! hope you are having fun :-P

Does anyone else find it amusing that they sell a Greek Lover's pizza in Greece??

@ Sandi: I'm soooo glad I'm not in London at the moment :-)

@ Palmtreefanatic: I know what you mean. Some excellent food has remained uncaptured for posterity because it was too yummy to resist!

@ Karen: I totally see your point, although personally I find it frustrating that I can't find Greek Lover's pizza in England. Bah!

I'm impressed by the fact that you got around to actually snapping any photo at all before consuming this thingy. Looks real yummy.
