Good to see you're keeping up with Wordless Wednesday! That is one gorgeous photo -- nothing but blue and white. Lovely! (Those were my high school's colors, by the way, even though the weather in Olympia, WA cna hardly be compared to Greece.)

Hi Tinsie! Sorry for the absence! It has been hard to get some free time... ;)
I think I know this Athens building... ;)
So you also saw Byzantium? And what about Babylon?

Now, «The Masterpiece» waits you and your comments at Blogtrotter. You shouldn’t miss it, believe me... ;). Enjoy and have a great weekend!

Thanks guys! It was Greek Independance Day last Wednesday, so I thought I'd mark it with a photo that included the Greek flag.

@ Betty: They were my high school colours too, but then again the same goes for about 80% of Greek schools...

@ GMG: We were on our way to the Benaki Museum on the day I took this photo, but unfortunately it was closed :-(

Better luck (and planning) next time!

LOL, I never imagined Greek high schools having official colors! French high schools sure don't...

I don't think you can get a sky like that elsewhere. Gorgeous day. Of course you had different shade of grey today. Yuck.

@ Betty: They do, for parades and national celebrations.

@ Palmtreefanatic: :-)

@ Kate: Well, you can't get it in Dubai, that's for sure!

Beautiful image. Magnificent contrast of whites against blue and the flag gives it the final touch. I agree that seemed like a gorgeous day difficult to match.
