great stuff - for us to see that, it has to be a very blue moon

This much snow is extremely rare in London too. Usually we get a sprinkling that only lasts a few hours, but this is something else!

My, that's rather a lot of snow. I see the doggy.

I have some students going to London this evening -- I wonder if there is still snow around.

I see our WWs are coordinated -- only two more posts before the big 50th post. Any ideas on what we can do?

There's no snow in London at the moment, but more is expected on Monday. They might get lucky :-)

I thought you already had a plan for our 50th WW?

Hi Tinsie! A dog? Frozen? ;))
From the experience I had with a very small snowfall in London many years ago, it must have been chaos around these days... ;))

Meanwhile Blogtrotter has entered Rajasthan! Enjoy and have a great week! Hopefully without snow... ;)

I wish to take one pot filled with snow.

@ GMG: Indeed it was. It's a well known fact that London can't cope with even the slightest snowfall...

@ Hobo: I'm afraid all we can offer at the moment is a bucket (or two) of water - it's not stopped raining all day long. Bah.

@ Betty: I hope your students have taken umbrellas with them!

The images on tv were truly amazing! Beautiful I wouldn't want so much cold... :-)

The snow barely lasted 4 days, it was well bearable. I would have loved another few days of it, but it wasn't meant to be...
