Not here, that's for sure.

Well, it turns out the weather people were right after all. Although we've not had too much rain, it's been breezy, cold and changeable - fifteen seasons per day and none of them summer. It just isn't fair :-(

On the plus side, I've just come back from Paris, where the weather was marginally better, so at least I've had some warmth and sunshine. I hope the effect lasts until our weather picks up (reportedly at the end of the week, but I'm not holding my breath).

Those of you who are enjoying a proper summer - you don't know how lucky you are!!

@ Sandi: According to the paper, it may well reach 30C by Friday - highest temperature so far this year. I'll believe it when I see it. In the meantime, I'm sure a cuppa or two will be most refreshing hehe

@ Ropi: Paris is often sticky and occasionally stinky, but it's still Paris and it's sunnier than London :-)

The weather here in the Pacific Northwest has been beautiful, not too hot but sunny most days -- just a little grey. I hope it stays that way, because it can be gloomy even in the summer.

Hope you had fun in Paris!

Sounds like Melbourne weather!

@ Betty: A little grey sounds better than a lot grey, so I hope it stays that way for you :-)

Paris was great, as always!

@ Karen: Watch this space hehe ;-)

@ All things: Isn't it winter in Melbourne at the moment? You can see why I'm complaining, can't you?
