It is a bit crowded.

Crowded it is, but the sun's shining and there's plenty of warm sea for everyone :-)

Hi Tinsie! Back to blogosphere after another busy (and annoying) week, and back to the beach saturday morning... Not so crowded, and probably not so warm, but quite convenient; just 30 minutes from home...
Meanwhile Blogtrotter is still strolling in the streets of Santiago de Compostela, now racing the famous Paris-Dakar… Enjoy and have a nice weekend!

@ Daniel: Hehe :-)

@ GMG: This beach is also very close, just 40 mins from the centre of Athens, hence the crowds.

wow! very crowded;) I think everyone is there cooling off;)

That's exactly what's happening! It's 37C in Athens at the moment (99F) so being near the sea is bliss, even if it's crowded!

You were there??? I was in Hainan Island and gosh the beaches were packed!!!!!

I was happy with my new local pool until I saw your picture! We're about four hours from the closest beach. So glad you had some fun (and warm/hot weather)!

Fun!

Tinsie said...

@ Shionge: I really was there :-)))

@ Karen: One of the best things about Athens is that you're never too far away from a decent beach.

Shame I live in London.

@ Cheryl: Indeed!
