Hi Tinsie! I’m profiting from the holiday here to anticipate the weekly visit… ;) It seems that the food crisis is growing everywhere... :(( So, do you actually think that the Eurovision is important? ;)) Thanks for your comment on Blogtrotter, which is still around Marrakesh. Hope you enjoy and have a great weekend!
@ Cheryl: I think the "means" in this case are the bicycles (at least that's how I took it) but I totally agree with you about McDonalds - I've not so much as walked into one of their restaurants in months, prob. years.
@ GMG: It's important in the sense that it deserves a post or two in my blog (which is full of lighthearted banter anyway). Shunning Eurovision is unlikely to have an impact on the food crisis, so I don't see how the two are in any way mutually exclusive?
Love it or hate it, McDonalds is everywhere, even Geneva Switzerland, which is where this photo was taken.
Personally I don't have a strong moral objection to them or anything, I just don't care for the food. They do however seem to have a sense of humour - and they're commendable for at least trying not to polute the environment further by using bicycles as transport. Fair's fair and all that!

Hmmmmm....McDonalds, I'll pass that :D
The Plague of America, polluting the rest of the world...
This is kind of frightening!
But I did eat at McDonald's last week, so I'm not an anti-McDonald's radical or anything!
Funny photo... might have to "borrow" it from you!
